Making a Claim

Our sister company Guild Claims Service offers an insurance claims management service for lost or stolen jewellery (and other related items) liaising between you, your insurer and your jeweller to settle your claim as quickly and effectively as possible.

If your insurance company has already appointed us to help you replace your jewellery items one of our in-house experts will contact you to establish as much information about the items as we can. If you want to replace your items we will send you a Guild Bond that you can spend on jewellery or related items.*

Guild Claims Service is the only jewellery claims management company to be officially approved by the National Association of Goldsmiths, the UK’s retail jewellery trade association and we are authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority.
