Yes! We employ valuers nationwide who are able to come to your store with all the necessary tools and equipment to carry out our In House Valuation Service. 

All Guild Valuers are members or fellows of the Institute of Registered Valuers (IRV) and the Jewellery Valuers Association (JVA). 

Our Guild Valuers are industry leading experts holding various and multiple recognised trade qualifications. These include membership of the Institute of Registered Valuers (IRV) and the Jewellery Valuers Association (JVA) along with FGA and DGA qualifications. Yes! Our valuations can be branded to your business as part of our complimentary package, including personalised header templates and company logos.

We offer jewellers a Direct Valuation Service through our Valuation Centre based in Bath; In House Valuations; Home, Bank & Office Valuations and our GuildPro Valuation Software for independent valuers. 

Yes! Our valuers will be delighted to help ease your workload by completing any valuations that you do not have the time to complete yourselves. The best way to do this is by using either our Direct Valuation Service or our In House Service. 

We are also proud to offer all independent valuers our GuildPro Valuation Software enabling valuers to produce comprehensive valuations with consistent ease. 

All completed valuations will be sent to your store digitally via email.

A detailed breakdown and description on each item including; stone measurements, colour and clarity of stones, metal types and weight, colour photographs, item value, explanatory notes on terms and abbreviations, an Insurer Notice to pass to your insurance company and Registration to the central e-register database with free access via My Portfolio.

If we have carried out the original valuation, we are pleased to offer a re-valuation at a discounted price. Please contact us with your customers previous valuation reference numbers. 

We operate a 10-working day turnaround for 15 items or less. Large valuations will require additional time and you will be contacted on receipt of the items to advise of the time scales. 

We offer a fast-track service or a same day service by request.

Yes! We are proud to work alongside such great businesses and love to promote when we can via our website and social media platforms.  

GuildPro is our very own online valuation software package; designed by valuers for valuers. All our valuers use GuildPro to carry out consistent, professional valuations. We also offer GuildPro to independent valuers, for more information click here. 

Each GuildPro Valuation is registered to our secure online database e-Register. The valuations are registered using unique reference numbers and orphaned data, ensuring watertight security between your customers and their valuation. Insurance companies and brokers can access the database, enabling them to set premiums or settle a claim with ease.
